Applicants with all the following qualifications may be considered for admission into Higher National Diploma Programme in Health Information Management:

1. Minimum entry requirement for National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management.
   
2. National Diploma/Professional Diploma Certificate in Health Information Management with minimum of lower credit
• Part 1 license examination (ND)
• Evidence of completion of one (1) year relevant work experience in a reputable Health Institution
3. Possess at least five (5) Credits in WASC, SSCE, GCE, NABTEB or NECO which should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English Language at not more than two (2) sittings.
4. Evidence of JAMB Admission letter during ND Admission
5. Candidates with a pass (CGPA of 1.50-2.49) should have two (2) or more years of post ND cognate work experience to qualify for admission into HND Programme
6. Candidate must have evidence of SIWES.
